Activities and Programmes

Horticultural TherapyInteraction with the natural environment is vitally important to health and well-being. Providing a closer connection to nature enhances peoples’ lives. Studies show that therapeutic benefits occur when people are exposed to plants and take part in horticultural activities such as planting, growing and caring for plants.

Jane designs and delivers imaginative horticulture–related indoor and outdoor, all year round activities and horticultural therapy programmes. She works closely with clients of all abilities to provide activities tailor-made to suit their particular needs and requirements.
